It is very difficult to change the mode by "pushing" the clock. I push and push and the mode does not change, nor does the screen light up.
It is attractive when the screen is lit, but unreadable when not lit.

Really cute and compact....goes anywhere in the house. My only negative comment is that initial settings are a little hard to do as movement easily causes mode change, but care and persistance pay off!

I use this clock for everything the time and alarm in my room and the date for work. The temepture is pretty useful to see if you need to adjust the air. This is a great clock because it tell time true its not fast and it is a good paperweight/clock! There is nothing bad about this clock.

This was a surprise from my mother whom most likely bought it for me because it was purple and looks like an egg. However,this has quickly become one of the most useful thing I own. I spend most of my time in the kitchen baking, so the timer and temperature function are essential. But I also take into my office where I use the date and time function, then in my bedroom to use the alarm clock. I plan on buying more. Superb product!

I gave this as a gift to my girlfriend because she saw it in the store and fell in love with it. She uses it on her night stand as an alarm clock. She loves that it tells temperature and that you can change modes without even touching it since it senses heat. The modes are color coordinated so eventually you don't even need to look at the screen, you just know the color of each mode. And, it wobbles, what is cooler than that? The only con is that if it is dark, you have to cycle through all the modes to get an illuminated screen that shows the time.

It is really easy to use this product. My boyfriend got it for me for Valentine's Day, and he didn't give me the directions, and I could still figure it out. This is a helpful gadget that I thought I would never need. There is a clock, timer, alarm and temperature gauge built in. It's great for traveling. Sometimes the alarm clocks in hotels don't always work - it's nice to have BOB as my back-up in case the hotel alarm clock fails (which they often do). He can also tell the temperature, which comes in handy.

Bob is a great little alarm clock. When it goes off in the a.m. and you're fumbling around for the snooze its nice just to be able to touch the top and its quiet for four more minutes. There are no sharp edges to hurt yourself on during that fumbling. I do wish Bob had the ability to alter some of the functions like set the snooze duration to 8 minutes or the have the display stay lit for longer when you touch it. But overall, I'm really happy with this little clock as are all the people I know who got one for Christmas.

This is a great and very durable clock. My four year old twins have it in their room, and it has survived even them! They love how it changes colors, and they like all the different features.
I found it pretty intuitive to program, except for the alarm setting (turning the alarm on and off) which is more confusing than it needs to be. Otherwise, a great product.

"Bob" wakes me up, and I check the Temperature before I get out of bed in the morning. I can use the timer to let me know when food is ready, or when the dryer shuts off, or how long it takes to complete a task.
